I have been in the fitness industry for 10 years, as well as being a previous Gym Owner. I’ve trained people from multiple sporting backgrounds, from female netballers, swimmers, basketballers, sprinters, to men’s footballers, kickboxers & MMA Fighters – currently working with pro boxer Jack Moore.
My training techniques are intense with minimal rest to help you achieve your fitness goals of losing weight, gaining muscle or general fitness.

I have been an instructor since 2012, Les Mill trained (world’s biggest fitness tribe). Training experience of Strength, Cardio, Yoga, Pilates and Thai Chi.
I have been teaching yoga and meditatin for 6+ years and managed 3 yoga studios in Melbourne. I completed my 200+ teacher training hours in India and spent several months living in Rishikesh learning and living traditional yogic beliefs.
I am 18 and a group fitness Instructor, training to do my Certificate III & IV in Fitness. I became an instructor to help people reach their goals. I teach step and strength which includes Cardio, Strength, flexibility and balance.
